Meet The Team
Wil Honeycutt
Owner/CEO
Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Wil grew up fishing and surfing year round. With a love for the water and atmosphere the beach brings it was hard for him to leave. After attending VCU in Richmond for a 4-year business management degree he found himself quickly moving home. Wil has always had an interest in building construction and understanding how things were put together. For three years following college Wil spent his time learning and growing within a prominent construction company at the beach. Shortly afterward he found himself moving to Florida to start and run a new construction company. With knowledge and experience in hand he moved back to Virginia Beach and founded Tidewater Structures. Wil made his dream a reality after forming the company in the fall of 2022. Detail oriented with a passion for working with his hands Wil has made it his mission to deliver the highest level of detail and quality to those in the community.
Clarke Miller
Partner-President
Clarke Miller was born and raised in Virginia Beach. Clarke earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (VT) in 2020. Clarke is actively pursuing his Masters in Construction Management Online at Louisiana State University (LSU) with plans to graduate in 2024. Clarke has over 5 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, having worked for some of the best, highly-regarded contractors and engineering consultants in the Hampton Roads area. Clarke thought no better time than 2022 to branch out on his own, so he and his childhood best friend (Wil Honeycutt) got to work. When not designing or building local structures, Clarke enjoys hunting, fishing, surfing, working out at Onelife, and riding his Harley Motorcycle.
